What happens when Pro and Agency launch?
We'll email everyone with a free-tier account. You'll be able to upgrade in the dashboard in one click at the prices shown here. Anyone already using the free tier keeps using it — nothing you have gets pulled or degraded.
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. 1 store, 30-minute cadence, email alerts, 7 days of history — permanent, no card, commercial use allowed. If we ever change the free-tier limits we'll grandfather your account at the terms in effect on the day you signed up.
Will you charge me by surprise once paid tiers ship?
No. Paid tiers require you to explicitly upgrade — pick the plan, enter payment, confirm. Free-tier accounts stay free by default.
Can I switch between tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades will be one click in the dashboard once paid billing goes live. Downgrading past the free-tier store limit pauses (never deletes) extra stores until you're back within the new limit.
